Le compagnie teatrali Griffin, Jackalope e Lifeline guidano il campo delle nomination ai Non-Equity Jeff Award

Le nomination 2019-2020 sono state annunciate martedì, riconoscendo il lavoro delle compagnie teatrali e degli artisti di Chicago in 21 categorie.

Il marchese teatrale di Chicago potrebbe essere oscuro a causa della chiusura di tutte le attività non essenziali a causa della pandemia di coronavirus, ma la stagione abbreviata 2019-2020 è stata comunque piena di una serie di produzioni di prim'ordine nelle case più piccole della zona.

Vale a dire, martedì sono state annunciate le nomination per il Non-Equity Jeff Award 2019-2020, che riconoscono il lavoro delle compagnie teatrali e degli artisti di Chicago in 21 categorie.

In testa al gruppo quest'anno c'è il Griffin Theatre, con 10 nomination, seguito da vicino da Jackalope Theatre Company con 9 e Lifeline Theatre con 8.

Gli spettacoli che hanno ricevuto il maggior numero di nomination con 7 a testa includono: All Quiet on the Western Front (Red Tape Theatre), The Ballad of Lefty & Crabbe (Underscore Theatre Company), Big Fish (BoHo Theatre) e P.Y.G. o La diseducazione di Dorian Belle (Jackalope Theatre Company).

L'8 giugno si svolgerà una cerimonia di premiazione virtuale in cui verranno annunciati i vincitori. I dettagli sull'accesso gratuito al livestream dell'evento saranno annunciati in un secondo momento.
